I can’t believe it! A year has passed since I met Tao at his 23rd birthday party. The party was two days before his birthday, but it was a surprise. We met through mutual friends and I was just a plus one, but of all the people in the crowded club, we met each other. We spent the rest of the night getting to know each other and escaping from everyone else. The next day my friend sent me a picture of Tao and me in the corner of the club, I never noticed it but when I turned to say “Hi” to a friend, he looked at me with so much happiness.

That’s the moment I knew I had to get into contact with him. He reached out to me on his actual birthday and asked me out to dinner. It wasn’t long before we started dating. Of course, the public knew about it about two months in, but we still kept things very private.

Today I came to China to surprise him for his birthday, He’s been really down and I can’t take seeing him that way. Just last week he said he was “Home sick”

It’s like as soon as you got here everyone needs me for something.” He said reaching his arms around my shoulders. He laid back on the bed with a sigh. His arm shielded his eyes as he tried to just get his thoughts in order. I leaned down and gave him a quick kiss. He uncovered his eyes and stroked my back with his free hand.

“Let’s go somewhere; away from all this. I know a place.” I nodded and got up so he could stand up.

“Okay. Are you going to tell me where it is? Or will you just surprise me?”

“Since you’ve never been to this city before, It wouldn’t matter if I told you.” He said with a laugh.

“True.” He grabbed his key-card and took my hand. He hesitated before pressing his ear to the door.

“I don’t hear anything. I think we’re good.” He opened the door and peaked out for fans or staff. “Come on.” He whispered. He snuck out to the emergency stairs and rushed to the side exit. We slowed down when we saw the maid making her rounds.

“Don’t be suspicious.” He said quietly. We casually walked out and continued to power walk to the parking lot. He took his keys out of his pocket and unlocked the car. We sigh in relief when we got in and buckled our seat belt.

He drove for a while, listening to the radio. I laid back against the seat and watch the street lights pass by. Tao’s hand held onto my knee, rubbing circles with his thumb. He pulled into a parking area at the side of a tall hill. He unbuckled himself but didn’t get out. He pushed the button to bring the top down on his convertible and I looked up, admiring the glowing stars covering the sky until they touched the horizon of the busy city below. His fingers laced between mine and he brought my hand to his lips.

“Here. come to the back.” He whispered. I smiled at him and climbed into the backseat. Tao laid back, letting me stretch my legs out. His arms wrapped around me, holding me from behind. Moments like this make me forget about the fame and the busy schedules. It’s like we’re in a teen love all over again. Sneaking away from responsibilities and just having time for us. We were still in our youth and yet we felt like we’ve been living the lives of a middle-aged couple with no time for each other.

His hands held mine, playing with my fingers. He kissed the top of my head and I just stared at the starry sky. I held his hand, intertwining our fingers.

“I’ve really missed this,” I said, pulling his arms around me.

His soft lips kissed my cheek. I turned to him with a smile before giving him another kiss on his lips. As we approached the hotel, Tao pushed the button for the top of the car. I rolled out windows up so no one could see us and he quickly found a space to park. He quietly got out of the car and hurried into the hotel. We tried to act as naturally as possible as we walked to the elevators.

We kept our faces toward the door and our backs toward the glass. He figured since we were in the back of the building we wouldn’t be seen. The elevator stopped at his floor and we got off, rushing to the room. Tao unlocked the door and held it open so I could get in. We both sighed in relief when the door closed behind us.

“Well, I need a shower. Join me?” Tao asked with a raised eyebrow. I smirked and nodded, following him into the massive bathroom. He pulled me into his arms to bring me into a heated kiss. His hands slowly unbuttoned my jeans, pushing them off my legs. His hands slid back up my thighs, making me shiver with excitement. He broke away from our kiss to take off his top and turn the rain shower on for us. He left the glass door open and helped me get my top off.

He took my hands and lead me to the shower, grinning ear to ear. The droplets drizzled down our exposed skin. His pulled me into his arms and kissed me with all the passion he’s been wanting. It felt like we were out in the rain, or under a gentle waterfall, everything was so perfect. My hands held the back of his head, tilting it to the side for a deeper kiss.

I broke away, knowing he needed to get cleaned off from our moment in the car. He grabbed the shower gel and looked at me seductively. His eyes are so intense, my heart raced, I gave him another kiss and took it from his hands. I looked up and watched as the shower lights changed into a deep blue. I looked back at Tao and smirked. I poured a small amount of gel into my hands and let my hands wander his toned body. 

Tao held my hips, surrendering to my movements. I worked the suds over his chest, down his waist and back up his arms. The scent was just like his cologne, he always smelled so delicious. He stopped my hands with his and stared into my eyes under the blue rain of the shower. He walked my backward, out of the center of the shower. I froze when my back made contact with the cool tiles covering the wall.

Water dripped from his hair down his chest toward his hard member. I looked back up at him and he leaned toward me, fluttering his eyes shut. His hands gripped my hips harder holding them in place. “I hear you,” Tao said with a nod.

“Good. Have a good rest. You too, Y/N!” He said scouting for me. I let a small laugh escape my lips. He knew I was here. Tao closed the door and walked back to the bed. He climbed in next to me and laid back, pulling me into his arms.

“What now?” He asked.

“Movie?” I suggested. He smiled and reached for the remote. I cuddled into his side and pulled the blanket over our naked bodies. As the movie started I wrapped my arm around him as he rested his head on top of my head.

Summary: The reason why daughters love their Dad the most is…that there is at least one man in the world who will never hurt her.

Airports are alway busy, but when a celebrity roams the building, it takes the population to a whole new level. Cameras flashing paparazzi pushing each other to get the perfect shot. Fans trying to get noticed by their idol, it’s all so crazy.

I had a lot of reservations about bringing Tao and me’s daughter into the wild scene, but she couldn’t stand being away from her Baba another second. I held her close as fans started to take notice of up, she kindly waved to the girls in the crowd and bounced on my hip, excited to see her father.

“Baba’s coming?” She said starting to feel impatient. I just nodded and fixed her little Z.tao snapback. I heard over the intercom that Tao’s plane has landed and I knew he’d be nearby any second. The two of us walked toward baggage claim and waited for him to arrive. Naturally, a large group of fans had the same idea, but my little one wasn’t bothered one bit.

“Hi~ I’m y/d/n!” She waved to all the girls like a little princess. I just smiled at her while she greeted her baba’s fans until I heard a massive eruption of screams coming from nearby. I looked past the group to see Tao make his way through the airport. His head hung low and he kept a tight grip on his carry on.

I was pleased to see he was wearing the same cap our daughter had on. I bounce my little girl on my hip, anxious for him to look up and see her. He walked just barely past us, unable to see the two of us standing there with his head low.

“BABA!” Our daughter screamed. Tao’s paternal instincts kicked in and his head shot straight up, searching for his baby girl. I smiled when he locked eyes with my and he released the bags in his hands to scoop up his daughter. He held her close and cupped his small head. She wrapped her tiny arms around his neck and squeezed with all her might. A tear started to build up in my eye as I watched them embrace one another.

Tao pulled his head back and looked at his child with tear stained eyes, not caring who saw him. The two pulled me in with them as the fans gave a simultaneous “Aww” at what they were witnessing. Tao kissed my cheek and held my waist before the three of us grabbed the rest of his baggage and attempted to quickly walk to the vehicle pickup area.

The fans started following us to our next location, making the security team extremely cautious, since there is now a child in Tao’s arms. When we finally got to the exit in one piece, the valet pulled up in the car Tao rented. I opened the trunk to find a car seat for our toddler and buckled her in for the ride to the hotel.

“So are you both going to be at the show tonight?” He asked me.

“Of course! We wouldn’t miss it. I had to buy the tickets quickly though, the venue sold out so quickly!” I said relaxing into the passenger seat. Tao held my hand and drove through the traffic until we arrived at the massive hotel he is staying at.

He pulled into the back entrance so he wouldn’t attract too much attention. e turned the car off and immediately opened the back door to unbuckle his little girl and pick her up, out of the car seat.

“What time do you have to be at rehearsal?” I asked.

“Not till noon.” I smiled to my daughter, knowing we’d have him all to ourselves for two hours. It doesn’t seem like much, but with a busy husband and father, two hours is like a dream come true.

The three of us get into the elevator and waited to reach the second to the top floor. Tao gets out his key card and scanned it over the lock and pushed the door open for us.

“Woah… This place is huge!” our little one said as she trotted her way through the large space.

Tao held my waist and kissed my forehead as he walked me into the suite. He collapsed onto the bed and pushed himself up to lean his back against the pillows, his daughter wiggling her way on to lay beside him. She rested her head on his chest and her blocks grew slower each time.

I came over to sit next to them and brushed my fingers through her hair. “Tired, baby?” She nodded slowly and gripped Tao’s t-shirt to he wouldn’t try to move, not that he even would. I lied down with the two and stared at my husband. He reached past our child and brushed his thumb over my cheek.

“I’m so glad you’re here with me. Both of you.” He said before pressing his lips to his baby’s head as she slipped into a short nap. Any other day it would be the fight of a lifetime to get her to take a nap, but in her father’s arms, she is completely tranquil.
